Agreement to Terms

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during service. We will inform you of any significant changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, checks, and cash. A service charge may be applied to returned checks.

Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship and on manufacturer-warranted parts as applicable. The specific terms and duration of warranties vary by service and will be provided to you at the time of service. Warranties may be void if equipment is repaired by others, damaged by acts of nature, or subject to improper use or maintenance.

Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or if the requested work exceeds our capabilities. We are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or issues outside our control.
